Quick answers

Questions we hear every day.

Still unsure? Call us or WhatsApp us.

Do I need a doctor's referral?

For X-ray and most ultrasound, a prescription helps but isn’t always needed. Pregnancy scans need your gynaecologist’s referral and a photo ID by law. [CONFIRM]

Can I walk in for an X-ray?

Yes. Most X-rays need no appointment. Come during opening hours, or call to check the wait. [CONFIRM]

How long does a visit take?

An X-ray takes a few minutes. Most ultrasound scans take 15 to 30 minutes. Plan for 20 to 40 minutes in all. [CONFIRM]

When will I get my report?

Usually the same day. We send it on WhatsApp, and you can collect a printed copy with the images. [CONFIRM]

Is an X-ray safe if I might be pregnant?

Tell our staff before any X-ray. We will check with you and your doctor first, and ultrasound is often used instead.

Do you tell the sex of the baby?

No. It is illegal under the PC-PNDT Act, 1994, and we never reveal or hint at it.

Is the centre easy to reach for elderly patients?

Yes. Ground-floor rooms, wheelchair access and seating, and staff will walk with you. [CONFIRM]

How can I pay?

Cash, UPI and cards. [CONFIRM]
